About me

Dr. Zhao Song is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics at Dartmouth College, working with Dr. Peter Mucha. Song earned her PhD in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo（SUNY） in February 2022, under the supervision of Dr. Dane Taylor.

Research

Song’s research includes a variety of topics in the mathematics of network science, complex systems, and data science, including multiplex networks, dynamic systems, and community detection. Using machine learning algorithms and statistical models, Song focuses on the analysis of network representations of data in fields such as neuroscience and social science.
